上海世茂佘山艾美酒店自开业以来，已连续成功举办了圣诞慈善“艾心”传递活动暨圣诞亮灯仪式。今年圣诞前夕，佘山艾美酒店延续了这个传统，以“佘山有爱”为宗旨，邀请到 “阳光之家”智障儿童亲临现场，他们质朴纯真的演唱，连同酒店聋哑代表员工深情的手语演讲，生动诠释了爱心。酒店特邀的黄喜悦、杨青青、肖可霄三位艺术家，分别用国画、装置、摄影的形式，创作了象征爱心的玫瑰艺术，为这次圣诞亮灯仪式增添了温馨的亮色。
布置于酒店大堂内黄喜悦的国画《喜悦玫瑰》六幅、肖可霄的观念摄影《外滩玫瑰》五幅，以及摆放在地上的杨青青的装置《花之爱》32幅，尽管形式不同，玫瑰的画面和层次递进的展示方式使他们的作品浑然一体。这些作品都是艺术家们为这次“佘山有爱”活动特别创作的。黄喜悦一直以玫瑰题材表达她的大爱情怀，这次的大尺幅作品更显功力和张力，挥洒自如，情感奔放。肖可霄的观念摄影作品是印刷于油画布上的，他的外滩主题作品呈现了柔美的一面，然而作品中带有玫瑰的手语却是坚定的“爱与互助”的表达；他还创作了“佘山有爱”DV影像作品， 在开幕式上播放，是四十个小时的素材剪辑而成的四分钟作品。杨青青用她代表性的线描手法，在32幅见方的亚麻布上，用手工重复地描摹了同样的一朵花，并用刺绣加强其中的两根线条，这种劳作式的用心而认真的重复，是日常的爱心表达，日复一日，月复一月……
多年来，上海世茂佘山艾美酒店与地处松江天马山下的“阳光之家”建立了密切的关系，酒店员工及时为孩子们送去礼物及问候，师生们是酒店经常的客人。在圣诞亮灯仪式的现场，更有他们情感的互动，还有所有人心中的那份感动,为大家带来新年的惊喜。这这次圣诞点灯仪式上，上海世茂佘山艾美酒店为佘山“阳光之家”送去了“关爱支票”，承诺会为阳光之家的孩子们关爱援助100小时 。

黄喜悦，以画水墨玫瑰著称的当代女艺术家，参与过多项艺术慈善活动，她用重彩没骨的艺术手法，继承清新淡雅的传统风格，结合当代设计观念，其《喜悦玫瑰》系列作品单纯天真，自然天成，表达了她对世界的大爱情感。
杨青青，从上世纪八十年代开始就是中国著名的“时尚教母”，近十多年来，她的艺术创作灵感泉涌，才艺非凡，作品多次获得国际大奖。杨青青博士也是上海戏剧学院创意学院时尚创意艺术专业的带头人，她主持的时尚创意艺术工作室，带领着大学生，以摄影、装置、影像、戏剧等当代综合艺术的形式，用最时尚的理念，表现最纯真的大爱之心。
肖可霄，外滩影像艺术家，媒体人，他专注于拍摄外滩十多年，为这个活动拍摄了带有上海印记的爱心系列作品。肖可霄还以“阳光之家”师生为主角，创作了“佘山有爱”DV影像，在开幕式上播放。
“Love in She Shan” Rose-themed Art Exhibition--And The 2011 Le Méridien She Shan Shanghai “Love Transmission” Christmas Lights Ceremony
Since its opening, Le Méridien She Shan Shanghai has successfully held several Christmas charity “Méridien Love” transmission and Christmas lights ceremonies consecutively. This year, days before Christmas, Le Méridien She Shan Shanghai will continue to honor this tradition. With “Love in She Shan” as the theme, we invited children from “House of Sun”, who suffer from metal retardation, to sing live with their rustic voice. In addition, our hotel’s own deaf and mute employee representative’s soulful sign language speech will also vividly convey the message of love. The hotel’s specially invited artist guests, Huang Xiyue, Yang Qingqing and Xiao Kexiao, will employ the method of Chinese painting, installations and photography respectively to create rose-themed art works to symbolize love. The art works will no doubt add warm highlights to the Christmas lights ceremony.
For several years, Le Méridien She Shan Shanghai has formed a close relationship with “House of Sun”, located at the foot of Tianma Shan in Songjiang District. The hotel staff sends timely presents and greetings to the students there. And the teachers and the students are frequent guests at the hotel. At the scene of the Christmas lights ceremony, there’ll be affectionate interactions between them, which will move everyone and bring along surprises of the new year.

Huang Xiyue is a female contemporary artist, famous for her rose-themed Chinese paintings. A frequent participant in charitable art events, she added heavy colors to the inherited clean and elegant traditional painting style and combined it with contemporary design ideologies. Her “Joyous Roses” series looks pure and innocent, effortlessly nature, and displayed her generous love for the world.
Yang Qingqing has been the “Queen of Fashion” since 1980s. During the recent ten years or so, she is full of creative inspiration and her extraordinary talent has made her the winner of various inteational awards. Dr Yang is also the creative pioneer of Fashion and Creative Arts School of the Creative Arts College at Shanghai Theatre Academy. The Fashion and Creative Arts Studio that she manages encourages students to resort to composite contemporary art forms, such as photography, installations, videos and theatre to express the purest heart of great love, with the most fashionable ideas.
Xiao Kexiao is a Bund photo artist and a media person. He has focused on photographing the Bund for over ten years. He photographed a love series with the mark of Shanghai. In addition, he created a “Love at She Shan” video to be shown at the opening ceremony, with the teachers and students at “House of Sun” as the leading characters.
Introduction of “Sunshine House”:
The “Sunshine House” at She Shan Town was created with the motto “Enjoy the Love of the Sun, Shine the Colors of Life”. Currently it has 59 registered students, of which 29 are fulltime, 7 required door-to-door service, and 22 are regular. It generally provides educational training, Special Olympics activities, rehabilitation training, simple labour tasks, and other activities to gradually improve the students’ self-sufficiency in life and social skills.
